We just keep telling ourselves "It's an adventure." Part of the adventure is figuring things out with the RV. Water was running down the street when Lannas flipped the water valve into the RV the wrong way. This morning he figured out that a certain switch should be flipped to start the hot water heater after I took a cold shower! I discovered that there is a limit to how much you can hang on a closet rod in an RV. I took half of the clothes off of hangers (Lannas's clothes :)), folded them and put them in a cabinet, but I'm still looking for a new rod.
Another aspect of the adventure is mechanical problems. We towed the Ford to Albuquerque this morning. Hopefully tomorrow morning we'll find out how long it will take to get it fixed. In the meantime we are staying at a very nice KOA. They have a fenced area for dogs to play that is about twice the size of our backyard. It was nice to let Toby off her leash. Speaking of leashes, we saw a woman walking a cat on a leash this morning! Wish I'd thought to take a picture.
